As per an earlier post I had posted on another thread .
I had a very friendly & authoritative convo with a bloke at Ord Minnet , who are behind this capital raising , & his understanding , from past experiences , is that the NASDAQ listing will go ahead after the capital raising is complete.
This , & again this is from past experiences , is because the listing for it to be complete , has to show the full amount of shares that are available to be traded.
He did mention that he is happy to be wrong but assured me this is how it has worked in the past.
He also was extremely bullish on PRR & said he had taken up the full $15,000 worth which was only a very small fraction of what he ultimately holds.
