I have very loosy judgement recently, and still looking for guidance, but I have to trust Bob Hoye's judgement. He has been right on the money so many times. His view is if you are nimble enough, trade in and out of this rebounce, and long stock, particularly energy and material stocks after market re-test the low in November to take the advantage of rally into late spring.
