The link is to Mclaren's latest and I have no argument of substance with it.

He suggests things don't get going till Sep 2012 and as the US had 5 years up then 5 years down is a possibility.
For the moment I am sticking to July 2013 as the low for us but maybe by Sep 2012 I might change my mind.
