I would have thought attracting foreign investment here would have been a good thing right now ..I'm no ecomomist but I can't imagine lowering intrest rates will help to attract investement from offshore...why we can have a credit squeeze like every one else..why not we where for a short time the envy of western ecomonies but a tilte too hard for us to maintain...lower intrest rates and get down there with the rest of em..bugger the prudent let em suffer..as you can see i don't think lowering intrest rates further is such a good idear ..but then who am i to judge..
