Wall Street caught off guard by the Feds move yesterday except for unusal buying of 100s of thousands of Treasury options half an hour b4 the announcement ..so Rick Santelli said last night..he was pressed on the statement, lightly,b4 the anchor quickly moved the subject..one of the panel was particularly funny when he replied.
''Yeah but Rick that didnt effect the price b4 the announcement did it''
