The we see a rally with a marginal lower XAO/XJO and a marginal higher SPI. That would be about 3 weeks from now.

Would that give SPI 6300 exact?

In 2002 the marginal SPI high was 3 pts above that of Feb to give exact 3500.

I see Mclaren is now considering a Sep high scenario as a possibility.

I do too but not before a late June low around 28th +/- a day.
