scale back would be high, in the order of 80%+ I would think (i.e. you will get about 20% of what you ask for). This is neither good nor bad (excuse the pun) from the point of view of assessing the company, as it only reflects what punters thought when the stock was quite a few cents higher than the spp price of 8c.
