    Not surprised, I would assume these machines will carry CAT brand or other brands if FBR turn to someone else, that's just obvious on the manufacturer side, CAT brands will ensure higher margin for CAT but also ensure better product delivery, client relationship, after sales service, I don't think CAT invented all the products they are selling, they must be done through IP loyalty or takeover, on condition CAT gets to brand them.

    To FBR, it's not too bad unless they can come up with a more risky alternative.

    As a shareholder, I support IP sharing and charging a fix % for each CAT bricklaying machine sold, remember, CAT is in for the underlying compensation IP, FBR can literally charge IP loyalty fee for each CAT product that employs its tech.

    Unless they agree to carry two brands, which makes FBR appeared more like a model name other than brand name.
