Im not a builder, i just work as a surveyor. Slabs are never accurate.
But that is using current techniques and methods. You wouldnt be able to visibly see a change in slab gradient of 1 or 2mm over distance, which is why i believe the finishing touch would probably be better done by a laser assisted machine. There are other work arounds ive been thinking of also, but could be more complicated and add too many extra parts.
