Volt dumb question if i may; is the premium/discount based on the XAO to SPI200 at the close of market? As i use CMC, i'm trying to work out the easiest way i can calculate the premium/discount...
Using yr 1989-1992 chart the premium was about 60-65 points or around 3.65%. So perhaps we need 4400 x .0365 = 160 points to indicate a similar exuberance?
