I doubt anyone (except one who will soon disagree) can deny China is over supplying all sorts of capacity.
Whether it is the 2000 experience of internet cables being supplied in tandem to produce capacity way beyond what could ever be used or the US producing multiple railway lines side by side 200 years ago, or Dubai producing "dream" land, or highest ever skyscrapers built at all market peaks, it all seems so obvious, yet it still happens.
