Cyclic, I'm gonna check those dates and stuff, still a little scared of cycles but boy do they beckon.
ever so glad we have so many different styles and methods here...
Just wrote this in my trading doc:
The movement of price in a market follows waves, or cycles, or even vibrations if you are hippily inclined.
Price falls, then reaches a certain point then it rises and reaches a certain point then it falls again.
A good trick is to catch price as it hits that certain point , ready to roll over, and then hold until it reaches the next turning point.
This gives two requirements to be a good trader…
the ability to target with reasonable expectations where price should go, and
the ability to determine when price is about to change its mind and direction.
Pretty obvious I know, but made me feel good.
