Consumer spending figures out tonight are up a bit, even when adjusted for price inflation … so the Fed may be encouraged to be courageous and raise 1% at the end of the month without knocking the economy into recession … so many moving parts and what ifs I think that the DOW will thrash around for a while longer until there is more economic clarity.
