I have rediscovered the griller in the past few weeks and have been half cooking the chicken and then grilling it on high heat .
I brush a mix of tandoori or madras with yoghurt on and its very tasty
Speaking of yoghurt I was given a eaziyo maker for xmas with a few greek yoghurt sachets-----boy oh boy is this a surprise; wish I had one years ago.
Super tasty and soooo easy to make.
