Katoomba Roti Paratha is the best one I've found...no oil..no thawing....straight in a hot pan.
Grilled or pan fried chicken loves white pepper..
.....One way I've made yoghurt if you have a few tablespoons of leftover is heat to boil a litre or two of milk let it cool a few minutes..70 degrees approx I'm guessing..blob the yoghurt in and don't stir..put the lid on the pot and move off the stove out of the way and wrap in towels or the like so it cooks slowly and leave for about 5 hours or more...if its still like milk you've probably put it in too hot..too cold....you can just reheat the milk and do it again.
