In a wok fry 250 gm sliced Chinese sausage.
Then turn up heat and fry with the following:
5 cups cold cooked rice.
250 gm small shell raw scrimps.
½ cup frozen peas.
Finish off with the following:
Soy sauce.
Xo sauce.
Two beaten eggs if desired.
Liquid smoke if desired.
