    NZ whitebait cooked in fritters and served with a light salad and a chilled white wine is food for your trip to heaven 8))

    I have an Aunt north of Wellington who still gets local whitebait in season ... we have road rage ... but it is nothing like "river bank rage" over territory during the whitebait season!
