I find that hard to believe, majors picking up assets at the bottom of the cycle. If anything the opposite is true and unfortunately none of them seem keen on PNG highlands anymore. Your looking at a Chinese buyer or maybe a medium size fund or miner looking for copper leverage.
I would also bet strongly that HIG admin bill and project base will rise exponentially with cash flow.
