Soros and Sentient can effectively block any takeover attempts with a ~40% stake between them. That other mob with ~5% can only help if they all agree unanimously.
If someone does make a takeover offer, those 3 groups can get together to make sure that we are adequately compensated for a few billion at least.
My guess is that the hurdles to building a mine without road access and in amongst the forests has people steering clear of this for now... until it becomes much closer to a reality, people are thinking that it can't be done?
