    Robert Friedland has resigned as CEO of Ivanhoe. The agreement "may foreshadow Rio's acquisition of shares it doesn't own. Rio may replace Ivanhoe's senior executives. Ivanhoe rose 15% the biggest gain since September 27."
    Rio will nominate 11 of 13 member board, Friedland 2.
