Just a true story from my experience.

I went to a friends birthday party it was cool.

When I was leaving he made unwanted advances to the only other person still there who was not my girlfriend.

She resisted I said "whats going on".

He then proceeded(after my promises to leave) to try & punch me 5 times(he missed every time).

He was drunk.

I had been drinking too.

Did he deserve a punch in the mouth????(maybe)

Did he deserve to die???(no)

Are we still friends?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But he ain't dead either.

Why????????

Because I didn't punch him...........

Was Zdravko Micevic drunk???????????

Did Zdravko Micevic know David Hookes was drunk?????

Was Zdravko Micevic much, much larger than David Hookes???????????

YES

Zdravko Micevic would never have felt at threat for his life.

Zdravko Micevic just did not like David Hookes attitude.

So Zdravko Micevic punched David Hookes.

David Hookes is now dead.

Next time who will die?????????

Probably someone not semi famous.
