re: judicial review s111a previous cases Just to further clarify the process leading up to the Court case.
In is entirely the companies decision (CAZ) to take the matter to the WA Supreme Court.... and appeal the decision made by the Minister under the Administrative Review (Judicial Review) 1977 Act.
CAZ are hoping fot the matter to go to Court this year.
With regard to the shareprice...it is as sure as the day turns to night.....just prior to the decision being handed, that the SP will be upwards of 90 cents.
