I am thinking to send a letter to the Chairman and key directors of each, recommending a list of investment banks / corporate advisors to speak to - and cc the investment banks / corporate advisors.
No return address, so I don’t get a reply and therefore won’t know whether it’s going ahead or not, so no insider info.
But that’s what the (new) Chairs and (new) should be investigating!
