    Modest as it is, the increased reserves from an independent tenement close to markets will IMO be a helpful shot in the arm for the negotiations on refinancing senior debt.

    The same should apply to GSA's.

    I was half expecting the trading halt to be for an announcement that IPL had entered into a long term GSA agreement with CTP.
