Hi all, 

Long-term holder here. I've been in BDR since early 2016, so the current price is quite devastating. 

I see a lot of "vote no" sentiment regarding this takeover. Could someone more knowledgeable than myself please clarify why this is potentially not favourable for BDR? Does this takeover eliminate any chance of BDR stock price shooting back up beyond 20c?

Atomic are you still around? Would love to hear your thoughts on this matter.
