Sorry, it seems other posters have shared reliable information from the regulatory bodies who set the rules, that shows this is in fact very likely to be able to happen. All you have suggested is that it is not possible? No facts, just your "feeling it is inconceivable" ?
You were also on here the other day suggesting cost would be a major barrier at $200k per treatment. Have you done any more research into this mis-information yet?
