I thought I had said enough and was finished with explaining. But no Nydem you also don't get it. I am very aware of the protocols for compassionate access or whatever term you would like to use; what I am saying is that in the middle of a pandemic "one off" compassionate access outside a trial, as described by dasher, for a medication like REM-L stretches the bounds of credibility. You have an enduring power of attorney for medical decisions, like large sections of the population have who deal with elderly or sick relatives.
