Please don't get me wrong...I'm all for shareholder activism and I'm as unhappy as any shareholder about the lack of progress here.
But what is it exactly that you believe" friends of Intec" will achieve? If its to provide guidance and suggestions to the Board how to run the company, then what are we paying them for?
The " first strike" had made it clear to them that we are watching, so its not as if they are under any illusions as to our seriousness
Just a brief summary would be helpful
