Ridiculous over reaction in price, world markets dropped 15% in a couple weeks and at the same time av comes out of a trading halt saying we've run out of cash and the underwriter pulled out (surprise).. But seriously who is selling their shares for 9c, are you kidding me.
The million$ investment today proves the project will be a go'er, nobody invests a million$ if there is a structural flaw in the mining operation.
The plan is obviously to raise emergency cash at whatever price to keep operations ticking along and wait for the SP to appreciate to a more reasonable level and then raise the larger amount to see the project through to development stage.

Over the last couple months the SP has dropped more then a spec oil company that drills a duster, its ridiculous and represents nothing more then a series of very untimely events. Mr. Brooks has picked himself up a serious bargain.
Coppers back at $4.2/lb already and world markets are only a few% of their lows, AVI has tripled in price in a few weeks before and it will do it again.
