this may help this guy reckons subscribe to his site for $40 and he has all the info on how to beat the fine. Just cut and past his letters with your name on it. I think he has beaten about 30 of them with not one fine. I don't agree with breaking the law but i do think that we are governed wrong when it comes to this.The battler is the one who feels it the most.Big fine for a poor person is a big blow.Where if you are rich the fine is nothing. Community service would be a better option.
