Bought a small holding in this stock a while back after doing some research.

Liked the company for the following reasons.
1. Shareholders
2. Tenements
3. options offer.

Subsequent to September 30, 2006, the Company acquired in a public offering as a long-term investment, 2,500,000 common shares (6.25% interest) of Northern Uranium Limited (“NU”) at AUD$0.20 per share for a total cost of $436,350 (AUD$500,000). The private placement was concurrent with NU’s initial public offering on the ASX (ASX: NTU). NU is an ASX listed company with uranium properties in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, Australia. (extract from Mega uranium report)

some are closed to exploration for environmental or political reasons. In the areas that Northern Uranium plans to explore in northern Western Australia and the
Northern Territory, eight exploration licences have already been granted.
Northern Uranium also has granted Tenements at Kurundi in the Northern Territory and Denison Range in Western Australia. Kurundi is readily accessible and has known uranium mineralisation on the western boundary of Northern Uranium’s ground holding. Samples have returned results to 0.82% uranium oxide (‘U3O8’) and the mineralised trend, which passes into Northern Uranium’s ground, will provide the opportunity for short-term exploration success.
