Christmas sales were up because the govt gave people $5 billion.
So unless they keep handing out money,retailers are going to struggle.
Bunnings is always busy because they are the cheapest hardware around.(PS I love Bunnings,great place to shop)
As my original post suggested,retailers selling frivolous items will struggle going forward.
Frugality is in,spending will be out.
The large multinationals (Bunnings is one BTW) will kill the small retailers.
