It's nothing but a pull back. I see pull backs as small reliefs of excess buying pressure and generally helps prevent big falls down the track. Also pull backs are good opportunities to get into a stock. You wait for the decline to stop and reverse up to the top of the last 2 higher bars (from low to high). An entry point is triggered once the price goes past the highest close point.
