For everyone giving their opinions on what a "cheap" SP is for SAS -

If you bought in at 2-3c and sold it for anything over 5c, its cheap.
If you bought in at 7c and sold it for anything over 10c, its cheap.
If you bought in at 12c and sold it for anything over 16c, its cheap.
When you buy this for 85c and you sell it for anything over $1.20, it will be cheap.

You cant determine what is cheap as it is cheap at every level until top dollar is hit.
