Exactly Puddlepie, if u want a advantage over your competitors then u need the technology for yourself only, hence a takeover. However, while there are 4390 shareholders they would need to convince quite a few of the 903 that hold 100,000 and over to part with them. I dont think it would happen, there are many long term holders and if 30 cents was announced I think the share price would quickly top the takeover price.
