Not much good having CSEM data and 3D seismic if there is nothing of value. If Shell opt out, the best we can hope for is that anything there is too small for Shell. I think you can read nothing into anything that Shell has implied or otherwise. It is a 50:50 bet with the potential reward favouring a modest punt. It is clear from posters that a "no" will result in a sp collapse.
