hi everyone,
im too wondering why AAR is heading south as if its bottomless... but a quick look at the presentation, AAR is actually not as bad as other HC posters have said.
See below ( from presentation p 8 ) http://www.anglo.com.au/_content/documents/565.pdf:
Mining West Mandilla commenced June 2006 and
completed April 2007
• Production of 78,000t @ 8.22g/t Au for 20,130oz Au and
1100oz Ag
• Mining produced profit of $5.6 million in FY07. Profit
expected in FY08
• Indicated Resource of 356,800t @ 3.04g/t Au for 34,873
ounces estimated for East Mandilla bedrock deposit.
• Exploration at East Mandilla continues
IT CLEARLY SAID THAT PROFIT EXPECTED IN FY 2008! With current Gold price, I have no doubt in this statement.
If you read the tape, almost all of the recent trades involving XT - Cross trading, done by the same broker. I personally I think some one out there is ACCUMULATING AAR, by pushing the SP down.
Im holding , projects all in Australia,no sovereign risk, and believe SP will turn around, when markets stabilize.
