Sounds sensible to me , one thing is obvious and that is if they are to develop this field they need more cash whether that comes from a cash raise, a JV , project finance or something else who knows.

They would be nuts if they raised at this level if it can be avoided but you can't force people to buy to push the shareprice up and good news is not doing it so they may have their hand forced .

Lets see what the quarterly comes up with.
