It looks like a done deal to me. There is NO mention of any ongoing issues with FAR or any other "subject tos".
So it simply remains to be seen what benefit, if anything FAR managed to extract. My guess is that COP will reimburse WPL in some way for WPL to keep FAR happy - DJ/free drilling etc. How happy though?
Worst case, FAR got no benefit in which case its a degree of loss of management credibility but still business as usual with a 15% stake in SNE and DJ etc. I can live with that.

Plan B (Cullodin)? - my emergency medications are ready, the bunker has been prepared and the haggis will be heavily cut with Chum
