Well Farjoy's email indicates that all divisions taken place have been held in good spirit, but deep down COP and WPL have simply played lip service to FAR PE rights.
So what next. Someone knew about this which dropped the SP IMHO.
If FAR have govt backing then we really need them to step up and pour water over this announcement.
Another point is which I didn't realise before but could be telling is that COP actually thanked the Senegal govt for their support during exploration and appraisal wells. Seems to me they should have thanked the govt for their approval of sale. Anyway just speculation on my part.
