It says Hanlong signed the Agreement of Debt Financing for Foreign Investment with the Bank on March 29, to provide the funds needed for its 55.3% investment in Moly Mines. Provincial officials attended the signing ceremony.. ..Hanlong wants to be a significant player in Moly industry ..etc
