Good work again Max - keep it up. It would be good if you could mention LYC (and the others) in all your correspondence with ASIC, the good senator (!), and others, too. Several of us on the LYC thread have contacted ASIC about the shorting and churning of LYC (and PDN) but received either no reply, or just the standard response letter.

They also seem to consider that once a complaint has been received (and is sitting in somebody's in-tray if we're lucky) that it then becomes subject to the Official Secrets Act and that they can give zero feedback even to the original complainant. My own thoughts on that attitude are that it is designed to cover up the fact that they are are doing precisely nothing about it.

I know your documentation (published on Scribd) does have extensive evidence re LYC trading, but if you could include mention of LYC in your correspondence it would be appreciated by many on this forum.
