Yes, this quarter will be good. But I said 2nd quarter. Once summer finishes the rentals won't be as high for obvious reasons. Summer always obscures numbers due to higher than normal business activity and consequently this company needs to prepare itself adequately via other means to ensure we don't experience turbulent earnings
