you may be right, but it is still worthwhile to take into account the opinion of others.........btw, PDN went up to around $10.50.-- around the first delivery of U308 from namibia, i think, then it slowly dropped to whatever it is now......, may be that is what the brokers anticipate.....i hold PDN and DYL as my average price is extremely low. so i am safe there. good luck.......
