USEPA don't give contracts, they recommend to company's that they use a particular technology. Problem is that company's may not want to pay for that solution, regardless of EPA's recommendation. EPA gives support to technology, not whether it is commercial, they ar just government officials with no understanding of commerciality.
There is little chance that VTI will generate much in sales before its money runs out. There is only one way to go now, that's down. With some luck, new managers will be found who can go out and sell the technology, current management and directors obviously can't. I hope the new managers are not appointed by a voluntary administrator!
