I think you need to look at the substantial notices one fund has been selling down and continues to do so this is THE only reason why CDR is 14 cents.
The debt has been rolled out and will be repaid by :
1/ Selling non core assets
2/ Improvement in the bottom line
3/ Some time in the next 12 - 18 months a equity issue one can assume
