I totally agree with the clealry articulated posts in this thread.
The risks seem very large, and CDR is not in control here , the banks are, and if the banks feel things are not progressing well they can easily pull the pin.
Although there is hope they can pull it off, my gut feel is in this credit environment the odds are stacked against them.
As I mentioned in a previous post the fact the company feels it necessary to outline the risks so clearly means they are significant. CDR can never be blamed for not providing adequate warning IMO
