I think the sales are moving forward with another on the block shortly and we all know profitability will increase over the next 12 months.
I think you need to look at the fact the bank has endorsed this plan by giving CDR the extension on all the debt to Sept 2009 means that they must be confident of getting a return over time.
Also Amanda seems to be doing a great job in communicating this to the staff and shareholders...I would say next on the agenda would be looking for more long term shareholders to ensorse this plan by buying stock - but today's turnaround on decent volumes was a great start given the last few weeks of dumping !
