A great update from Dave.  I was somewhat surprised to read that Buddy had not provided the ASX with a written response to their aware letter by Wednesday when they had previously committed to responding by Tuesday.   This rather justifies the ASX's action in imposing a suspension.  I am sure that Dave et al have been working hard to prepare a comprehensive response.   Like everyone else, I do not want this saga to continue for too long, Dave and co have plenty of work to do besides fielding queries from the ASX.
