BUD said they would respond by Tuesday this week not last week. ASX did not even give them a chance to respond before issuing their suspension. I don’t think we know what happened.
Monday 26th BUD announce TH to respond to ASX aware letter and request extension until Tues 3rd April. All good
Thurs 29th ASX announce they are putting BUD into suspension as they had failed to meet the response deadline.
This is where I get confused. ASX must have rejected the extension and move to suspend. The market was never told the ASX rejected it.
This is my view of what happened. It is speculation as I don’t actually know.
